Overview
The Victorian Government (the State) is committed to ethical, sustainable and socially responsible procurement.
The Code sets mandatory minimum standards that Suppliers must achieve to establish and maintain a business relationship with the State.
The Code will continue to set standards in the areas of:
- integrity, ethics and conduct
- conflict of interest; gifts, benefits and hospitality
- corporate governance
- labour and human rights
- health and safety
- environmental management
