- design, installation and management of network infrastructure
- fixed services including local, interstate, international, calls to mobiles, calls to satellite services and calls to inbound services
- conferencing services (voice, web and video)
- associated professional advisory services.
Mobility services
- reliable, secure and scalable connectivity
- satellite voice and data services
- mobility Devices
- managed Mobility Services
- SMS Broadcast (Gateway) Services
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- associated professional advisory services.
Unified communications and Contact Centre services (Note: This is a qualification tower only)
- unified communications services
- telephony services
- mobile telephony services
- contact centre services including call recording, WFM, analytics, etc
- associated hardware (handsets, headsets and conferencing system)
- associated professional advisory services.
